Take ~5-10 mins to capture key details about your speech
You can categorize the purpose of your speech in one of these four categories:
Informative: useful information
Persuasive: convincing people to change
Demonstrative: showcasing a process or a product and focus on the 'how'
Entertainment: enjoyment with anecdotal stories
Write out the content of your speech
Three key things to remember about the content:
Write an outline/bullets (not narrative)
Know more content than you will share (Q&A Prep)

Practice makes perfect and you can practice in two-fold:
Audio: Record just audio to nail down the tone, structure, timing, etc.
Video: Movie to video to focus on body language, delivery, presence, etc.
